This 9YDB-90 silage round bale wrapping machine achieves high-efficiency silage baling through a continuous process of “automatic feeding + compression baling + chain conveyor + double-arm wrapping “.

Taking the packaging of Napier grass as an example, the workflow is as follows:

1. Automatic feeding stage
   • After the napier grass enters the 3.5m³ large-capacity hopper, the equipment automatically feeds it to the main compression chamber.
2. Compression and forming stage
   • In this step, Napier grass is compressed into high-density round bales of 300–500 kg, improving storage stability.
3. Chain conveying and recycling system
   • Then, the bales are conveyed to the wrapping platform via a chain conveyor. Simultaneously, the silage bale processor collects the scattered materials from the recycling system to the hopper.
4. Double-arm wrapping stage
